Ingredients
6 lbs Russet Potato peeled and wedges
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cups water
3 tablespoons Greko Lemon
Preparation
Wash/peel 6lbs of Russet Potatoes, cut into quarters
Mix 3 cups of warm water, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 3 tbs of Greko Lemon Roast Potatoes Seasoning
Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly
Roast in the oven at 375. Bake in oven unitl liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.
Tips and Hints: Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp
