2 portabello mushrooms (sliced ¼ inch pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon Grandpa J's Seasoning - NO MSG
1 teaspoon brown sugar
¼ cup orange juice - no pulp
¼ teaspoon crushed garlic
Pour olive oil and orange juice into a ziplock then add seasoning, brown sugar and crushed garlic.
Close the bag and proceed shaking the bag to mix ingredients.
Add the mushrooms and allow them to soak in the fridge for one hour.
Grill both sides until charring marks appear.
