1 tablespoon Grandpa J's Seasoning - NO MSG
¾ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon Greek Oregano
1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
In a large bowl, whisk oil, garlic and mustard.
Add seasoning salt and oregano.
When thoroughly combined add lamb and coat in oil.
For best results leave meat to marinade over night in fridge.
