Greko Lemon Potatoes

Cook Time:


3 lbs Russet Potato peeled and cut into wedges

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/2 cups warm water

1 1/2 tablespoons Greko Lemon


Shake well before using.

Preheat oven to 375°F

1. Wash/peel 3lbs of Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges

2. Mix 1 1⁄2 cup of warm water, 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 1⁄2 tablespoon of Greko Lemon Roast Potatoes Seasoning

3. Place potatoes in a large metal baking pan and spread evenly

4. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly

5. Bake in oven until liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.

Tips & Hints: Cut potatoes even sized. Cook on lower oven rack. Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp.

One Pan Meal: Use this seasoning with olive oil to marinate proteins like chicken and cubed lamb; add potatoes to the pan and bake together for extra flavour!
