GREKO LEMON ROAST POTATOES

Our Seasonings Are Always in Season. Experience the first Greek potato seasoning that dissolves in water and olive oil, to bring you perfect tangy lemon Greek potatoes. Please follow the instructions to make a side dish or one pan meal. This shaker makes 22 pans of potatoes.

CASE: 2 X 5KG BAGS

 

 

To make 6 lbs pan of Greek Potatoes:

 

  1. Wash/peel 6lbs of Russet Potatoes, cut into quarters
  2. Mix 3 cup of warm water, 1ā„2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 3 tablespoon of Greko Lemon Roast Potatoes Seasoning
  3. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly
  4. Roast in the oven at 375. Bake in oven until liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.

 

Tips & Hints: Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp.

 

One pan meal:
Marinate chicken legs, lamb, meatballs or any protein with this seasoning and add to the pan with the potatoes.

 

Tips: Try dissolving in aqua fava water to make humus dip or add to a cream sauce.
